Today was the baby shower for Natalie, and while we were concerned over threats of thunderstorms, the rain held off until the shower was done.
The gifts we recieved were incredible, to say the least. Everyone went over board for us and our daughter with kindness and love. The items that everyone brought were everything from fun to practical, and we love each and every gift the same. From gift cards and savings bonds, to a wagon and a picnic table, we are overwhelmed and appreciative. The thought and care that went into each and every gift reminds Sarah and I how kind and loving our friends and family are.

While cleaning and digging through some old boxes today, I found a newspaper article from the Daily Hampshire Gazette. The title was “Dozens of tag sales draw thousands on the holiday”.

Yes, that is Brian’s Dick Tracy wallet (either lime green or hot pink, I can’t remember).
Yes, our glasses were WAY too big for our faces.

Here are some photos of Natalie’s room so far. It has come a long way since we used it as a guest bedroom. We are pretty happy with the results so far. We have to stain and put up the bi fold closet doors, put up some wall decorations, and pick out some new lamps and we will be done with the room.
